OUR VISION is to win souls to Christ, to see our church grow and see them strengthened and empowered to live overcoming lives in Jesus Christ.
John 12:23 says, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” By lifting up the name of Jesus and by living a life that is holy and pleasing unto God, we see the vision. Through sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with hundreds of thousands of residents in Jefferson County and surrounding areas, we see the vision.
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets, and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Ephesians 4:11-12
OUR VISION is to equip members for the work of the ministry, to live the Christ-life and to minister to build up the body of Christ.
Developing people to spiritual maturity through Sunday Worship, Bible Class, Conferences, Seminars, and Retreats, we see the vision.
Through equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them, we see the vision.
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Matthew 28:18-20
OUR VISION is to evangelize the world for Christ with the outflow of the overflow of the Christ life through our church body.
By sending out missionaries, evangelists and church workers all around the world and them winning souls to Jesus and leading them to follow Christ, we see the vision.
Through empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world, we see the vision.
OUR VISION is to have at least fifty acres of land, on which we will build a regional church in the Birmingham area with beautiful yet simple facilities, including a worship center, a counseling and prayer center, classrooms for Bible Classes and Ministers training, shelters for men, women and children, and a recreational area. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person (spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially).
Ultimately, OUR VISION is to welcome members into the fellowship of our church family, loving, learning, laughing, and living in harmony together.
